Job Description:
Analyze Company’s ongoing and future project size to provide current and future needs of employees.
- Assist with the operation manager and project manager to gather the upcoming hiring requirements.
- To consult with the sheet metal union local 18, Pipefitter union local 400 and Pipefitter union local 434 to find out how many employees are available for work and when.
- To place an employee availability request with local union after forecasting employees hiring need with Project manager and foreman.
- Coordinate and assist with facilitating the recruiting process like explaining hiring package, union dues and benefits.
Analyze the timecards of all the employees including sheet metal worker, pipe fitter, and the office employees. Need to perform every week payroll and reporting to the job costing toward all the projects.
- Need to gather every employee’s timecard and have to categorized by office employees, sheet metal workers, pipefitters workers.
- Work with project manager and operation manager to report labor cost toward particular projects.
- Responsible for holding union dues from the employee’s weekly payroll and pay to the local union every month.
- To maintain a record for each employee benefits like pension funds, Health & welfare, 401 K, ROTH.
Work on HR policies, maintain recruiting process, pay stubs for employees, manages and update company safety programs.
- Coordinate and assist with facilitating the recruiting process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the initial application to first day on the job.
- Responsible for the hiring/severance documentation for each employee to submit at local unions.
- Reviewing and updating HR Policies.
- Maintain organizational chart and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Manages and updates company safety programs and sends safety meeting outlines to the employees every week.
Bachelor’s degree is required in Human Resources or Business Administration or education + experience which Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.

Electrical Engineer (Appleton, WI)
Job Description:
- Design and manufacture industrial control panel used in control over in HVAC Project for schools, government building, and commercial projects.
- Interface with hardware design development using controllers like Atmel AVR, Arduino, PIC, CortexM. Program and troubleshoot on PLC and HMI such as Allan Bradley, Schneider, Siemens, Proface, and Horner X 5.
- Write firmware for the AVR, Arduino controllers to design custom control panel, timers, and sensors.
- Troubleshoot internal network using protocols and rules on switches, routers and firewalls. Work with customers to analyze the project requirements.
- Coordinate with subcontractors like balancers, insulators, generals to finish the control and electrical work on time.
- Requires a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
